Kaufman County CERT is proud to take part in the Kaufman County
CERT/Kaufman County ARES Scholarship Fund, helping students of Legacy
High School. Details to come. 2007 marks the first year for this scholarship with a donation of $100 by Kaufman County CERT and Kaufman County ARES. This $100.00 was matched dollar for dollar by Legacy High School for a scholarship of $200.00.
Though this is not a huge amount of money, any scholarship that can help a student further their education really does make a difference. As are waiting for photos and information on the winners of this and other scholarships from Legacy High School and once we have them, they will be posted on our scholarhip page of this site.
