What do I need to do to take part in the Kaufman County CERT program?

Do to class limitations, you must complete a registration form, which you can fill out online here or download and print out the registration form and application form, which you can complete like a webpage and then print, sign and mail or fax it.
Please be sure to check the membership requirements before you complete any of the forms. If you do not meet any of the requirements, your application will be refused.
