Currently, there is no membership fee to be a part of Kaufman County CERT, Inc. The KCCERT Board of Directors, along with the Southern Search & Rescue, Inc.'s Board of Directors have reserved the right to change this policy in the future. The only reason that this policy would be changed, is if a fee could be used to better the program, such as insurance and other items. Information regarding fees and dues (if any) are included in the Bylaws of the organization (which can be seen online) and will also be included on the official website, http://www.kccert.org There is the possibility for cost with taking non-Kaufman County CERT training classes and helping with non-disaster CERT activities. This might include the purchase of official CERT kits, Kaufman County CERT T-Shirts and other items. If you have a question, please feel free to contact us. |
