Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Kaufman County CERT. Here you can obtain your application which you can fill in just like a web form and then print it out to send us. This is the safest way to complete an application and be sure that all the information is included and correct.

Be for full membership is granted, you must also provide Kaufman County CERT with a background check. This is now a requirement do to the fact that we deal with FEMA, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other organizations that now require them. Use the form below to request your background check and be sure to include your processing fee which is $10.00, all of this money goes to your backgound check and is tax deductible.
